I bought a pair of these a month or so ago. They are comfortable and the fairly aggressive sole grips muddy ground well; I run almost exclusively in the local woods on tracks and footpaths. I thought the Goretex liner a gimmick, but it is very useful. Firstly you don't end up with muddy socks when it is wet and if trying to wash off the mud in a puddle when you finish running you don't get cold water seeping into the trainer. The dark grey colour also means they look better longer. A great product; I have just bought a second pair!
